Please avoid this scammers, and don't buy from here, I bought a Nintendo game for my kid, it have some software problem, I brought back to them, the front lady said we are going to exchange with a new one, then the rude manager came. Told she is not returning cause it have dust,I keep explaining it have software problem, but she rejecting with out any details, if you want to insult your self go and buy from EB game, when you buying from them the tell you it come with warranty, but any case if have problem they will make story, avoid this store, total scam. There good company giving better customer services, avoid this.

Went into the store to buy my family some gifts. From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were being watched by staff. We were well dressed so very surprised to get the attention we did. Plenty of young guys dressed in Nike came in and left unoticed. Same staff appeared around me five different times and asked me twice if I was okay or not. I ended spending 360 dollars in store and am a repeat customer. After this I'll probably just go to JB hi-fi where staff don't harrass you for browsing. How many times does a person have to say we are ok thanks before you take a hint? Worse the staff member asked the second time if I needed help, I said sure named a game to get my son and was told the female staff member would check. She never came back to let me know like she said she would but she certainly did hover in the background watching as I paid for my items. Disgraceful, harrassment, wouldn't go here again.

Prices at EB Games are always higher than most other places. You have to google around other places to get the price you want for them to price match. They also won't refund you the difference when you find the same product at jbhifi for cheaper even when it's only a few days after you have brought the product. I will have to sort that out through the platinum credit card, which is not the way to sort it out, but no other way as they are stubborn.
